Continuing Care

Continuing care is care that is provided to people who have significant health and mobility needs and require intensive care over a period of time for a range of conditions such as Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, strokes, or are in the last stages of a terminal illness.

Our care workers are experienced in and have received specialist training in providing these types of care with dignity, sensitivity and professionalism and will ensure that people who use our service are given the best care at the time they need it most.
