  • 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun, Friendly place to work Home Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Chippenham, Wiltshire - 11 July 2022

I worked for The Beeches for nearly 8 years and loved every minute of it. My only reason for leaving the company was to pursue a career working with children. The Beeches look after their staff and have a very supportive office team who are always willing to advice and help when needed. They will do their best to make sure you have your preferred working times and are very understanding of your needs. The beeches carers are amazing, friendly and all help each other out. The clients are all brilliant and you will be able to form great working relationships. I would recommend The Beeches to anyone looking for a career in care.

  • 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Professional and friendly team. Every work day is unique, exciting and rewarding! Carer (Current Employee) - Malmesbury, Wiltshire - 22 February 2021

I had never worked in this field when I started working with The Beeches. I received wonderful and thorough training that made me feel equipped for the tasks and the visits. I started doing this as a result of the Corona situation, and I'm very impressed with the infection control. Not only are the management and the office professional, - they are friendly, helpful and want only the best for us. You immediately notice that this is a family business, run by passion for people and care. The Beeches strive us to do our very best. Only the best is good enough for the clients - it is expected that we provide top quality and SAFE care to each and every client we visit. And that is how it should be! It feels very good to work with high standards... The office is flexible when it comes to hours. They take into account our input and wishes, and what you've signed up for in the first place. That makes this kind of job possible to combine with for example family life, hobbies, education, etc. Or you can create a proper career with them... The Beeches have many different clients, and no days are alike. That makes it all very exciting. It feels rewarding to enrich the everyday lives of the elderly. The Beeches appreciate our different personalities and they have so much love for their clients and us. At The Beeches you get lovely colleagues and friends for life!

I have worked for the Beeches for 3 years full time and now part time due to starting family, they have always been very supportive as a company and fellow colleagues. They have fantastic rates of pay, and work benefits. They provide excellent care, with great staff from care assistants to management and owners. You always feel appreciated from both the company and clients. It's a very rewarding job. The company and care assistants always do there up most to support clients to be as independent as possible, making it possible for those to carry on living in their own home, and promoting well-being both mentally and physically with as much or as little support required.
