The Beeches believes that our organisation can only be judged on the quality of care that we deliver.  To that end, our core objective is to recruit and maintain the highest calibre workforce possible through strong human resource, remuneration and training policies.

We believe that we have built an excellent team of care workers, administrators and managers who have the skills and training to achieve the highest standards that we set ourselves.  This is reflected in our enviable staff turnover level, which is one of the lowest throughout the industry.

Every member of The Beeches team has been through rigorous enhanced Criminal Records Bureau and employment checks.  Only staff exhibiting the highest level of attentiveness, compassion, moral character and professionalism are employed by The Beeches.

All care workers are expected to successfully complete Level II QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care as a minimum.  The Beeches will support further studies to gain QCF Levels 3, 4 and 5 Diplomas for those who wish to further develop a career in care.

All members of the team wear tunics and carry identification. They are also fully insured. (Details of business insurance cover are available from the Malmesbury office).
